Bio

Kirk believes that the Collaborative process gives control to the client in creating an agreement that works for them. He strives to work within the Collaborative process to reach resolutions that are more timely and cost-efficient than resolutions obtained through the court system.

Kirk Graduated from the University of Alberta with a Juris Doctor in 2013. He articled with Andreassen Borth, and has remained with Andreassen Borth since being called to the Alberta Bar in 2014.

Kirk was born and raised in the Camrose area. He has a varied rural practice, and provides services in the areas of litigation, wills and estates, real estate, and family law. Kirk has been a member of the Association of Collaborative Professionals (Edmonton) since 2016.

Kirk volunteers as a founding member and Treasurer of the Augustana Vikings Hockey Alumni Association, and in his spare time enjoys playing music, watching/playing sports, and walking his goldendoodle, Chewie.
