Amy Cardinal is a Registered Psychologist with several years’ experience working with individuals and families who are dealing with situations of high stress and anxiety. Amy has experience working with clients who are struggling with parenting, grief and loss, trauma and mood disorders. Amy’s cognitive-behavioral approach is goal directed and assists clients to look at how their emotional responses and thinking patterns are impacting themselves and others and to improve their communication styles. At Creating Solutions she works as part of a team who specializes in family systems, post-divorce interventions and collaboration.
