I am not a litigator in collaborative clothing.

My promise to you is to give you the best counsel I can so that you can make the decisions that are right for you, your family, your situation, your needs.

It is also my role to know when to follow and to know when to lead.

My training with the instructors at the Harvard Law School's Program of Instruction for Lawyers has uniquely shaped my approach and understanding of negotiation and mediation - both of which are essential skills needed in the collaborative process.

For me Collaborative Law is not about collaboration through compromise. Collaborative Law is about asking the right questions to uncover the possible answers to inform the best decisions.

We control no-one's actions other than our own. We can, however, through our actions, show others a way, so that they may choose to follow.
