Samantha C. Huculak

Samantha completed her formal Collaborative training in 2017, however, has had broad exposure to the Collaborative Family Law process since beginning her articles in 2014. Samantha has been practicing family law under the guidance of Andrew Lawson, one of the lawyers involved in the 2001 initial training and Collaborative Divorce movement in the Edmonton area.

Samantha has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench on numerous occasions, however, the focus of her practice is, whenever possible, to utilize interest-based negotiations and alternative dispute resolution techniques to help clients navigate the emotional, social, and financial impacts of separation and divorce.

Samantha is a volunteer in and enthusiastic promoter of the Morinville Community where she practices, having previously sat on the Board of Directors for Sturgeon Victim Services Association, the Board of Directors for the Sturgeon Community Hospital Foundation and as both a Director and Vice President of the Morinville and District Chamber of Commerce. Samantha is an active member and currently sits on the executive for the Rotary Club of Morinville Sturgeon.
