About Collaborative Divorce Edmonton

Our purpose is to promote healthy relationships, families, and communities

Collaborative Law is a consensual dispute resolution process method that aims to provide a more amicable and less adversarial approach to resolving legal disputes, and focuses on the needs and interests of the whole family.

Collaborative Divorce Edmonton is an association of over 100 Collaboratively-trained professionals including Family Lawyers, Financial Professionals, and Family Specialists who help families going through separation, divorce, or who want design their future lives together with cohabitation or prenuptial agreements.

Our members are geographically diverse, primarily in the Greater Edmonton and Grande Prairie areas, including St. Albert, Morinville, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, Camrose, Lloydminster, St. Paul, and more.  Our members provide in-person and remote services.

Our members are also members of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and the Collaborative Divorce Alberta Association (CDAA).  Collaborative Divorce Edmonton exists to facilitate the exchange of information and resources between Collaborative professionals, to provide training opportunities to new collaborative professionals and to our existing members, and to raise awareness of the Collaborative process in the Edmonton and Grande Prairie areas.
